Content Policy

1. What You Are Allowed to Upload

You may only upload photographs, videos, or visual content for which you own all rights or have full legal permission from the rights holder.

• You must be the original photographer/creator, or
• You must have explicit written authorization to display and distribute the content on Gallerya.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

• Fully AI-generated images (images created entirely by AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Leonardo, or similar).
• Any content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content featuring recognizable individuals without their explicit consent (or parental/guardian consent for minors).
• Illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Note on AI enhancement: Minor AI-assisted enhancements or post-processing (similar to tools in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent) are allowed, as long as the image is fundamentally your own photograph and not fully AI-generated.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for everything you upload. You confirm that your content complies with this policy and does not expose Gallerya to any legal risk.

4. Platform Disclaimer

Gallerya is only a hosting platform. We do not:

• Verify ownership or originality of images
• Endorse any content
• Assume any responsibility for user-uploaded content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallerya disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from user content, copyright issues, or third-party disputes.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gallerya, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from your content or violation of this policy.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent deletion of your account without notice.
